Refund policy

Return Policy: Items purchased from Bach Babes may be returned within 14 days of the transaction date. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Refund Details: Refunds are issued minus the original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer; return labels are not provided.
• Processing: Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once the return is delivered to our headquarters.
• Exclusions: We do not accept returns on discounted items. This includes all clearance, seasonal, flash, and holiday sales.
